Cultivating Balance and Inner Resilience
About Therapy

Therapeutic Approach
My person-centered practice is rooted in the belief that everyone possesses an inherent capacity for growth. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore your narrative and develop practical tools for lasting change utilizing integrative psychotherapy.
What to expect in our sessions
Individual sessions are 50 minutes of focused, person-centered care. We don't just talk about the past; we orient toward the future you want to build, ensuring each meeting provides relative clarity and actionable steps. EMDR sessions are 80 minutes focused on processing distressing memories. Group sessions are 60 minutes and focus on helping you navigate the grief, uncertainty, and emotional pain of fertility struggles without losing your sense of self.
Investment & Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider, which allows us to prioritize your clinical needs and privacy without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide you with a monthly statement (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of each session. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about your specific out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rates.
Common Questions
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply desiring a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can provide the space and tools to navigate these challenges and foster growth.
The initial intake session is a collaborative conversation where we discuss your goals, history, and how we can best work together to achieve the outcomes you're looking for. Before the initial session, a free consultation is offered to asses good clinical fit.
